Arley Hall has now appeared in three seasons of Peaky Blinders – the hit BBC drama that can also be seen in Netflix.
One of the show’s producers described Arley as ‘an iconic part of Peaky Blinders’ after it took on the role of Tommy Shelby’s home in series three.
It represented his step up in life as his fortunes changed. Several iconic scenes have taken place here including a showdown with Tommy’s nemesis Alfie Solomons (played by Tom Hardy) and the season climax that saw members of the Shelby family arrested.
In the latest series several scenes were shot with newcomer Sam Claflin, who plays Oswald Mosley, and a huge set piece involving a ballet was staged in the Furlong Walk.
All the actors who played family members in the series have filmed here including Helen McCrory, Finn Cole and Paul Anderson.
Hollywood actors Adrien Brody and Aiden Gillen also filmed a dramatic ambush scene on the park for series four.
Obviously the actor we have seen the most at Arley is Cillian Murphy who has spent weeks filming scenes here over the past four years.
