Parking

There is a fee for parking, parking is on the Arley car parks only.

No, your ticket is valid for date of purchase only.

We have a ‘No cancellations/refunds’ policy, unless we have to close, in which case all bookings will be refunded for the relevant time/date. Tickets are for your use and cannot be resold. Tickets cannot be transferred to another event, date or time.

Your ticket is valid for standard hall entry (if purchased), formal gardens, grove, woodland walk, gift shop, chapel, café, picnic area and chilrdren's play area admission and parking only. It does not include entry to non-standard admission days, group entry and ticketed special events.

Tickets are valid for admission and vehicle parking during the published opening times only. Opening times may be subject to change at any time and should be checked when planning a visit, see the Visit Us page of this website.

Adult tickets are valid for the admission of 1 adult aged 17 and over.
Child tickets are valid for the admission of 1 child aged 4 - 16. Under 4's are free.
Family tickets are valid for the admission of 2 adults aged 17 and over and 3 children aged 4 - 16. Under 4's are free.

No, your ticket is not a membership to Arley Hall & Gardens and is not transferable against the cost of membership.

Parking is on the Arley car parks only. No parking is permitted on roads or passing bays.

Tickets can be purchased up until 5pm on the day before your visit.

Dogs are welcome on a lead.

You can still use this offer by purchasing 1 ticket online at the discounted price and present it in the shop along with your BBC Gardener’s World card.

Historic House members get free entry into the hall and gardens therefore do not need to purchase a ticket. You will only need to pay for parking on arrival in the shop.
