With L-shaped sofa, gas fire, Smart television with Freeview channels and Netflix available (guests’ own log in required).
Cloakroom
With wash basin and WC.

First Floor:
Master bedroom
With 6′ super-king size bed and countryside views.
En-suite bathroom
With bath and overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
Twin bedroom
With 6′ super-king size bed (can convert to two 3′ single beds on request).
Family shower room
With walk-in shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
Small enclosed courtyard with pretty seating area and and rear garden with lawn.
Designated parking for two cars.
Access to an established arboretum and woodland walk, as well as manicured gardens, plant nursery, on-site café; and children’s play area.

Additional Information:
As the gardens are open to the public, visitors may be wandering the area and therefore please observe the 10mph speed limit.
Gardens open 10am-5pm during the summer and 10am-4pm during the winter.
Please note, the bedding is non-feather.
