TRADERS JOIN US!

It will soon be festival season! Arley’s Garden Festival is firmly established as one of the foremost events in the horticultural calendar of the Northwest. Now in its 32nd year, ours is a show which regularly attracts over 5,000 visitors with gardening interests (and those looking for a fun family day out!). We’re growing year on year and would love you to be part of our event.

Following on from the very successful addition of Creative Corner Garden Design, Show Gardens and Feature Gardens we will once again have all these elements at the show in 2027.

The Creative Corner Garden Designs will be judged by Sue Beesley, RHS Bridgewater advisor and owner of Bluebell Cottage Garden Nurseries and Callum Corrie RHS Young Garden Designer 2024 and Gold Medal winner. The Show Gardens will be judged by Alan Mason, the Professional Gardener’s Guild former Chairman and experienced show garden judge and Joe Whitehead Chairman of the Professional Gardener’s Guild. Judging will take place on the Friday before we open, and we are hoping they will attract a further audience.

We are hoping these garden design opportunities will bridge a gap in Cheshire and the Northwest, for nurseries and horticultural colleges wanting to develop their talents and that we will act as a necessary steppingstone to the RHS shows in the future.

You can be a part of our garden festival as a garden accessory trader, food or plant nursery trader or as a creative corner garden designer, show garden designer or Feature Garden designer.

IMPORTANT FACTS
As event organisers we know the importance of getting the right balance of traders, and as such, given the footfall we expect, we make sure that we don’t overbook traders selling the same product. As a point of reference, we have many traders who return year on year to the show.

As part of the event, you can expect us to be promoting it via Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, adverts in local newspapers and publications as well as regular newsletters to our mailing list of over 10,000 emails. We also print and distribute 10,000 flyers as well as road signage closer to the event.

TRADE SPACE BOOKING
We would be delighted for you to exhibit at the festival, an application form, terms and conditions and prices will be available soon.

If your application form is returned with full payment before 5th March 2027 your stand will be charged at the early booking rate for exhibiting space as well as receiving a joint adult annual pass to Arley for you to use or to pass on, valid for 1 year.
