With a 6′ super-king size zip and link bed (can be configured to twin 3′ single beds on request).

With a 6′ super-king size zip and link bed (can be configured to twin 3′ single beds on request).
Family bathroom
With a walk-in shower, bath with hand-held shower, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
Outside:
Rear enclosed courtyard with table and chairs seating six guests and views of the main courtyard.
Off-road parking for two cars.
Additional Information:
As the gardens are open to the public, visitors may be wandering the area and therefore please observe the 10mph speed limit.
Gardens open 10am-5pm during the summer and 10am-4pm during the winter.

The bedding is non-feather.
A starter pack of logs is provided for the wood burning stove. Further supplies can be purchased approximately 8 miles away at B&Q.
Please note, barbecues are not permitted at Laundry Cottage.
Laundry Cottage is accessed via the courtyard, which is shared with neighbouring properties.
Access to an established arboretum and woodland walk, as well as manicured gardens, plant nursery, on-site café; and children’s play area.
