Started in 1993 by Jane Foster, the sister of Lord Ashbrook, Arley Hall plant nursery has built up a strong reputation for growing a large selection of hardy, herbaceous perennials. Many can be seen growing in the award winning gardens here at Arley Hall. We also have a large selection of beautiful and unusual Pelargonium’s which we propagate onsite here at the nursery. Whilst browsing the nursery visitors will also find a small but interesting range of shrubs, clematis and climbers.
Elizabeth Ashbrook Rose
The nursery also stocks the Elizabeth Ashbrook Rose, launched by Fryer’s Roses at this year’s RHS Flower Show at Tatton Park – this new rose “Elizabeth Ashbrook”, is in memory of the late Elizabeth, Viscountess Ashbrook of Arley Hall, the mother of the present Viscount Ashbrook. Available to buy at the Arley Nursery £22.99.
Our small team has many years of experience and are always on hand to answer questions. They can offer advice on plant selections and help identify any plants which you may see growing in the Arley gardens.
